Professional Qualification Program and Solidary Commerce aims to insert young and adults, in situation of personal and social risk, in work market. The great differential of this Program is to count on productive workshops, offering concrete chances of training for its participants, in the same place where they learn, allowing income generation for all of them and offering services of quality for the involved communities. Among these workshops, we can mention: painting using oil, engraving, graphite, mosaic, silkscreen, paper recycling, ceramics, banto dolls, and so on. Some workshops were created to offer services. Mareação Buffet is a good example, having as main characteristic the valuation and spreading of the afro cooking. Other example is Fashion and Style Workshop, that tells us, through its costums, life's story of those inhabitants that live in the slums in Rio de Janeiro.
